11:47 PM — still scrolling

Your day has been running since 7 AM. GIVE IT AN ENDING.

One more scroll. One more replay. One more hour you'll trade for tomorrow.

Sound familiar?

THE THING DAVE SAID IN THE 3 PM STANDUP.

Your jaw is still clenched. It's midnight.

THE SCROLL THAT WASN'T A DECISION.

You didn't open Instagram. Your thumb did.

11 PM TURNED INTO 12:40.

Nothing happened. Nothing changed. Just more tired and more awake.

TOMORROW'S MEETING IS IN 7 HOURS.

You can't prepare right now. You're rehearsing it anyway.

The Day Ender — iOS coming soon
End your day on your own terms.

You pick up your phone. It holds you back. You press today into fogged glass — every replay, every "I should have said." The glass fills. You wipe it clean. Everything falls into darkness.

"You press and it holds you back. Your thoughts fall into nothing. You just... pass out."

That's the Day Ender.
No doomscrolling. No 1 AM regret.
You chose when your day ended.
Not therapy. Not meditation. A physical brain dump — like journaling, but you don't have to think.
Try the Day Ender.
End your day on your own terms by early access.

How it works
01 — Stamp
Press your day into the glass.
Every thought gets a mark. The fog thickens. Your day gets heavier — then it's on the glass, not in your head.
Your brain's threat detector (amygdala) calms down when you externalize a thought. Naming it takes the charge out of it.
02 — Wipe
Clear the glass.
Drag across the fog. Light comes back through. Like pulling a weight off your chest, with your hands.
Physical gestures complete the stress cycle your body started. Your nervous system reads the movement as "done."
03 — Drift
Everything falls. You follow.
A soft glow stays with you. Each wave gets smaller. Your phone goes dark. You don't notice.
Rhythmic deceleration entrains your nervous system — like a heartbeat slowing down. Your body follows the signal into rest.
Why build this

I spent 7 years at big tech. I'm building this for the nights when I'm tired but wired — doomscrolling, overthinking, rehearsing tomorrow's meeting at 2 AM. A vicious cycle that nothing else breaks.

— Cecilia, founder

The morning after
"I didn't doomscroll. I just... put it down."
"I woke up and the first thought wasn't that meeting."
Night 14. Zero doomscrolling.

Your day didn't have an ending.
Now it does.
